I bought this serum because I sometimes get acne on my face. While using it, I noticed that the acne was reduced, and when I didn't use the serum for a long time, the acne reappeared, so I assume that the serum helps. It has a thick gel consistency that is easy to apply to the face. After application, there is a very slight sticky feeling on the face, but that's okay if you apply a cream afterwards.
