After application, they are a bit wetter, but after a few minutes, as if they dry out and hold well. After a few minutes of putting them down, you can see the brightened and hydrated eye area.

Sensational petals at this price. After them, there is no "wow" effect, but there is a noticeable improvement in the skin. They don't keep well on the face, you can't walk with them
